This is an inspirational set of extreme Art deco with elegant inlaid rare abalone shell. They are signed artesian pieces made many many years ago in the eighties. In exceptional perfect shape. Beautiful red/purple shades of natural abalone. Exquisite collectible. One of a kind. The earrings hang 2 1/2" long and are approximately 3/4" wide. The base metal is pewter and contains no nickel. The brooch is 2 1/2" wide. It is 3/4" high. The detailed work on these pieces is incredible. Looks like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon with a sunrise. The best I have ever seen.
